Check the photo byline – I had the best experience shooting for the NY Times recently! On the weekend of October 28th/29th, I headed to Gander to take in the events surrounding the play “Come From Away.” This remarkable production details the story of the 6700 passengers who were rerouted to Gander, NL during the 9/11 attacks and it. is. amazing. Hilarious to the point of tears! Seriously, I loved every minute of it and it blew any expectations I had out of the water. If you’d like more information on the article/to see more photos, its still featured in the Times here. And if you get the chance to go see the play – for the love of all things good, GO. You won’t be disappointed!
Relaxed family shoots are my favorite and this one definitely fits the bill. We took full advantage of a calm and quiet morning on Pasadena Beach, spending the hour chasing Gracie around as she sang and danced and splashed – because of course, she ran the show.
