how is january over already? it blows my mind. finn also grew another 5lbs while we slept. this also blows my mind. ^ this is a slight exaggeration. but he’s 8 months old now and as hyper and large as ever. good thing he’s cute – which is what we have to tell ourselves at 5am when he’s driving us bat shit crazy. toes are safe… never. much love!

this is far from the first time I’ve met this couple. in fact – I did their engagement shoot years ago, then their wedding, and now they’re expecting! I so appreciate repeat clients and the time with these guys usually flies. there’s also something so special to me that at each shoot we’ve returned to this location to finish up. it’s like each prior shoot has been a “before” for where they’re current heading in life. who knew at their engagement shoot she’d be back with a round belly and a nursery already set up in their home? I love it. candace
sometimes finn friday is easy. sometimes finn friday is hard. today was shot after a solid and I’m off to a maternity shoot! much love, candace
it’s a slow day around these parts. it’s a day off from the gym, it’s a day to edit edit and then edit some more on a beautiful wedding from november which is nearly finished, and it’s cold enough and blustery enough that it feels even cosier in here with the fire crackling away. it’s the best kind of friday. finn agrees. much love, candace |
